Shipping

Orders are shipped within 5 to 10 business days unless otherwise specified.

Delivery times depend on destination and transport providers.

Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Branca Cuvier is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or transport companies.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify Branca Cuvier in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be:

– In unused condition
– In original or equivalent protective packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

– Commissioned artworks
– Customized artworks
– Works made to the customer’s specifications

Damaged Goods

If the artwork arrives damaged, the customer must contact Branca Cuvier immediately and provide photographic evidence.
