Products & Availability

All artworks are subject to availability.

Branca Cuvier reserves the right to modify prices, descriptions, specifications and availability at any time without prior notice.

If an artwork becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the order may be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded in full. The customer will be notified promptly.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or fees are clearly indicated before order confirmation.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Credit card data is encrypted and is not stored by Branca Cuvier.

All artworks remain the property of Branca Cuvier Lda. until full payment has been received.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, texts and content on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No artwork or content may be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission from Branca Cuvier.

Limitation of Liability

Branca Cuvier shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or any damages resulting from misuse of artworks.

Force Majeure

Branca Cuvier is not responsible for delays or failure to perform contractual obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, transport disruptions or supplier failure.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

In case of dispute, consumers may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity (RAL – Resolução Alternativa de Litígios de Consumo).
